Bene ma non benissimo rispetto al costo
Positive: La comodità delle biciclette, delle sdraio e degli asciugamani.
Autobus gratuito di fronte alla struttura e facilità di spostamento
Negative: L'appartamento non era ben mantenuto, il terrazzo era costantemente in ombra. Si sentiva il rumore dell'ascensore

Negative: Dreckig (Sofa, Bettdecke und Balkonmöbel), Küchenutensilien zu wenig, Bügeleisen total dreckig und verrostet, genauso Bügelbrett , beides unbrauchbar. Sofa musste mit Hand-Tüchern abgedeckt werden.
